By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following engineering protocols:
A non-refundable mobilization fee of ₱500.00 is required to confirm your schedule. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. All final payments must be routed exclusively through ZConnects official payment channels. Direct payments to technicians are strictly prohibited and immediately void all service warranties.
By utilizing our platform, you agree not to directly hire, contract, or privately engage any technician introduced by ZConnects for a period of 12 months following your last booking. Violations of this policy will result in a permanent ban from the engineering hub and forfeiture of all warranties.
We guarantee our workmanship for 7 days post-completion. If the exact issue reoccurs due to technician error, we will remediate it at no labor cost. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty is strictly void if: (a) The client supplied their own materials/parts which failed; (b) A third party or the client attempted modifications after our repair; (c) The issue stems from pre-existing structural decay or normal wear-and-tear.
ZConnects provides engineering-standard oversight and technician dispatch. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ZConnects' total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific job. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or unforeseeable damages.
