By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following engineering protocols:
A non-refundable Down Payment of ₱500.00 is required to confirm a schedule. The remaining balance is payable to ZConnects Cebu upon completion. Payments made directly to technicians are unauthorized and void the warranty.
We provide a 7-day workmanship warranty. If the issue reoccurs due to our error, we repair it for FREE. This warranty is VOID if the client hires the technician directly (bypassing ZConnects) or if a third party attempts repairs.
ZConnects is liable only for damages directly caused by proven negligence of our personnel. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, brittle materials, or "wear and tear" discovered during the repair.
ZConnects supplies engineering-standard parts. We do not warranty parts supplied by the client.
